    Oh, Bee-have!"

Seriously? What use does Charmy serve? I don't hate Charmy, he has a rather adorable character design. I just don't understand WHY he's a member of the Chaotix Detective Agency. He doesn't serve any purpose at all.

On another topic, the previous comic got a great response from Chris when I sent him to color it. He said quote, "WRONG!!!!! WRONG!!!!! WRONG!!! NO!!!!! NO!!!!! NO!!!!!! NO!!!!!! NO!!!!! NO!!!!! NO!!!! NO!!! NO!!!!! NO!!!!! NO!!! NO!!!!! NO!!!! NO!!!!!! NO!!!!!! NO!!!! NO!!!! NO!!!! NO!!!! NO!!! WRONG!!!! WRONG!!!!! WRONG!!!!!! SOOOOOOO WROOOOOOONG!!!!!....funny...but still....NOOOOO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! GROOOOOOOSS!!!!!!". He also agreed that I may have something mentally wrong. That's a serious comment coming from someone who once wrote this. If he says I got a problem, I must. ;)

Now that's how to run a business!
Today was interesting. And by interesting I mean, WOW. We had confrontations at work today, ANGRY ONES. Remember those customers that the company I work for lies to about delivering a product at a promised time? Some of them CAME IN, and pretty much wanted my boss's head on a platter. =D

My boss always demands payment up front and guarantees that they'll get their order on time. But after she gets their money she just tosses it in the back and is done with it. She doesn't even label them as "urgent". So we had some visits today...ANGRY VISITS.

One guy had been waiting for some 1970's films he dropped off to be converted to DVD format. Cool guy too, he worked with the musician of the first Alien movie. She's been avoiding him for a week, taking more orders than she can fill (We only have 2 film technicians despite taking around 100 jobs a week)
and making me lie and say that she's busy. He paid around $1000 for this job that was due last Thursday by the way. So when he came in demanding it back they got into a screaming match. My boss kept flip flopping between being completely self righteous about the film not being done and acting like a child not wanting to admit they messed up. Squirming and yelling at random. Saying stuff like: "If it isn't done it isn't done!" "It takes time, yknow! there were issues. It's beyond my control." It'll just have to stay until it's done!" And the best one: "Pfft!, you said your presentation is in January! So you don't even NEED it right now! Why can't it wait!?"

So eventually she got tired of the customer who was entirely in the right being angry and ignored him to start replying to Facebook messages. He was all "So it's like that, huh?" And stormed off, but rather than let him leave she yelled: "How dare you take that tone with me! Talking to me as if I'm some sort of peon! I am a WOMAN, and as a man you can NOT talk to me in such a tone!".

So yeah, imagine this kind of thing happening 4 times over the last TWO DAYS. People calling, PISSED about undelivered orders. And companies needing invoices, payments and receipts that have been pending for YEARS that she doesn't feel like paying.

I tended my resignation. She got mad and said I have to stay because I was supposed to fill the front desk role and am leaving her in a bind. Well SHE didn't mention that part of my job was to be a 2-bit asshole crook for a crazy bipolar bitch. So I'm going in for the rest of this week, until I get my check. Then I'm destroying the inventory system work of art I spent 3 days on and never looking back. My inventory spreadsheets are BRILLIANT, we can actually find things now. But she just blew me off when I tried to show her. I promised to stay until she found a replacement, but that was a lie. =D

After seeing how she deals with customers I stopped caring, she must've gotten mad at me at least 15 times because I pretty much checked out midway through the day, but I ignored her. Now she needs me, so I have even LESS reason to care. Guess who's gonna surf the internet tomorrow rather than actually work?

    What a Crock!

And now... the Sonic fanbase hates me. I just want to say, "No, I'm not a Vector hater!" for a second. I actually like Vector a lot, he's probably in my top ten favorite Sonic characters. Espio, not as much, but this isn't to hate on him either. This strip, if anything, is just proof that I'm mentally insane. I mean, there are times, like this strip, where I REALLY think there's something wrong with my head. Is that bad? Well, do you enjoy Femmegasm? If so, then it must not be bad. ;)

Honestly I'm most likely not much more warped than anyone else on the internet... which I now find insulting... to both me and the internet. But this comic is most likely inspired by a mix of things. Green Wiggly and I's weird views on the Sonic Universe (check out some of my Sonic artwork on Deviantart sometime), the fact the wife and I had a big fight the day I made this comic, and also my wife and I's many failed attempts to have a child (and no, my wife is not to be related to Espio, she is, in fact, a woman). All that probably boiled over into the comic we got today (the argument took quite a bit of energy out of me, thus the cut and paste).

Either that or I secretly think Espio is a bottom, who knows.

PS. I'm selling a lot of artwork on Ebay for Christmas. Check it out!

So yesterday I finished watching the anime series Gungrave, based upon the PS2 games of the same name, and attemted to write a review of it. I say attempted because I ran across an odd set of circumstances when I sat down to write it. That particular oddity? I have nothing in depth to say about it. It was mediocre in the all regards. The plot was cliche, but interesting enough to keep you watching. The characters were all utter crap; there wasn't a single likeable or redeemable character in the cast. Frankly I expected more from Yasuhiro Nightow, the creator of the excellent series Trigun. I couldn't bring myself to hate the show, but I can barely remember what I saw.

Evidently I need to start with reviews of things that aren't completely forgettable. I'm either going to have run with complete and total rage, which really isn't too difficult these days. Another possibility would be to review things that I actually like, but that will likely be minimal. I'll try again next week, though I think I'll start with a game or two. Scribblenauts will definitely be there, even if there are no others.

I think I may blame my lack of ... whatever the hell it is I'm trying to say on a lack of sleep. I watched the www.thatguywiththeglasses.com charity drive for Ronald McDonald House last night, which ran for eight hours and culminated in the wee hours of the morning. I managed sit through the hole thing, but I was about dead by the 2:30/3:00 ending. It was quite funny and they managed to pull in over twenty-six grand. I donated but, honestly, it felt quite moot when you consider that there was one Canadian viewer who donated over $3000 over the course of the drive. There were many people donating hundreds of dollars at a time. Definitely impressive, though it did make me embarrassed over my slight amount. Regardless, it was very cool and for a good cause. Not the most exciting way to spend a Saturday night, but enjoyable nonetheless. You can see the video feed over on the site, but it probably loses its impressiveness when it's not live.

    Until next time.

    Ok, situations a bit better.
THANK YOU EVERYONE for the support, I really appreciate it. Yesterday was AWFUL. The worst workday I've had in years. But I'm doing a lot better now.

After fumbling under pressure my boss and I discussed what my options were. I was so fed up with the fraudulence and stupid that I offered to quit right there. She wanted to keep me (goddammit) so she asked me what I could do to be useful. I mentioned my re-imagining of her crappy filing systems that I thought up yesterday and how good I am at organization of other people's messes, and keeping data straight. So she said that'll be my job, and she'll hire a new front desk person.

Anyone who knows me well knows how fanatical I can get about organizing things, so this is a proper fit for me. Within a workday I've already reordered, spreadsheeted, and relabeled most of the stock room into an understandable state, it's like the stock room of a REAL BUSINESS NOW. No one had better mess it up or I WILL kill them with a roll of 16mm film. My boss was impressed with me for once. I even get to boss the new intern around and make him do the busywork that I don't feel like doing I'm too busy for. So for right now it's ok. I don't share the desk with Crazyboss or answer the phones anymore. I can deal with this until I get something better.

Also I had a confrontation with one of those "Obama is a Nazi" guys on my lunch break. They were protesting with those idiotic posters of Obama with a Hitler moustache and asking people to support taking him out of office. I didn't notice them at first, what caught my attention was a business suited man really angrily gave them the finger as he walked by. So then I saw the posters and heard them talking so arrogantly about how horrible Obama was. So I walked up to one of the guys and the exchange went like this:

HIM: Hello, would you like to support us in the opposition of the nazi we have in office?
ME: No, I just wanted to give you one of these too. *flips the finger*
HIM: *glares and kinda nods and stares back*
    ME:*walks away*

And the business suit guy had apparently stopped and watched me, then he gave me a kinda "Hell yeah!" motion when our eyes met.

That made my day. And I got paid! Huuzoorgh!

It says I have 1000 entries here...
So here's #1001... woo WOO woo

I recently finished the main game for both God of War II and Disgaea II. Next on the list, Tomb Raider AC and Ico.

I have been playing Third Strike in the arcade because someone GOOD AT IT plays there and IT ISN'T ME. So far Remy seems like the best fit for me since he is basically an improved Guile. I wanna be a Grappler but I need to practice more. Nothing as natural as playing Zangief in SF Turbo in the neighboring cabinet.

In the meantime, WOW HERE ARE SOME COMICS AND CD'S FER SALE

    Touchy Feely

Hey, everyone. The inspiration for this installment came from me watching the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show on Thanksgiving Day. I'm a big animal lover and dogs are no exception to that rule. In fact, I'm a big dog person, but as June points out my name kinda' makes that obvious.

But yeah, I love watching dog shows, but never really noticed until then just how manhandled dogs get in those competitions. I mean, those are some damn well behaved dogs, I don't think I could ever put up with someone putting their hands all over me like that, not even my doctor.

    So... COMIC GET! Poor Daisy.

PS. Those judges look familiar, could they be my good friends Lando Delgato and Poinko? Nahhh...

    Productivity?
I haven't really had much to rant about lately and that project that I had been working on has sort of fallen to the wayside (It won't be done by year end like I hoped). Between work and gaming, which I've suddenly begun doing with renewed vigor, there really isn't much time for anything else. That being said, I was considering shutting this stupid thing down. Few people read it and I rarely update it; however, this is a great place to vent my frustrations and attempt to be funny, so I guess I'll keep it around. That being said, I do have some plans - weak and stupid though they may be, they're still plans - for it. If I have something to say that I think might be funny, I'll post it. If I ever finish that project, or any other for that matter, I'll post it here. Otherwise, expect to see a lot of reviews.

I'm aiming for one review per week, whether be of a movie, anime/manga, game, book, or album. Now, anyone who knows me knows that I mainly watch anime. That being said, I don't want to just review anime. So, starting in either December or January, I'm going to join Netflix. That'll increase the chances of me doing a review that most people have heard of; plus it will allow me to diminish the backlog of movies that I've never seen but wanted to. Expect reviews of a lot of older movies, though there will be some new ones thrown in.

I'm doing this partially out a desire to be more productive, but mainly in the hopes that focusing on one thing will hone my writing to a more unified, refined standard. As it is, my style changes from post to post and none of it's too good. It'll probably be a couple of weeks before this starts, but keep your eyes peeled.
